What we do

We specialise in three core areas of evaluation and advisory work for international development institutions.

Strategy and Policy Evaluations

We assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of development strategies and policies at the institutional and corporate level. Our clients include multilateral development banks commissioning evaluations of their overarching strategic frameworks, sector policies, and financing instruments.

Programme and Project Evaluations

We conduct mid-term, final and summative evaluations of complex development programmes and projects, covering a wide range of sectors and geographies. Our evaluations follow OECD DAC standards and draw on mixed-methods approaches tailored to each assignment.

Results Measurement and Monitoring Support

We support clients in strengthening the quality of their results frameworks, monitoring systems, and data reporting. This includes the design of indicators and results chains, quality review of project logframes, and technical support to reporting processes.
